Rules of reservation apartments "Rent Kiev":

To accept the reservation from "RENTKIEV" I agree with rules of renting an apartment, and I promise to follow the rules of reservation. Questions, that are not in rules of renting can be decided in accordance with Civic Low of Ukraine.

Rules of reservation:

We can make a reservation of any apartments that are on our website and available for period that you are interested in. to make sure, available such of apartment or not, please, sign the form of reservation or contact us by ICQ 202102040 or call on number in Kiev (044) 2288585.

If apartment that you are interested in will not be available, our manager will offer you another apartment that will be available.

To confirm your reservation you must send a one night deposit that will be counted as first night payment.

The ways, how to send a deposit

By credit cards (Visa, Master Card) through "PORTMONE" Internet system;
By international bank system "Western Union";
Via bank branch to our account;
By interbank transfer (Ukraine);
On our clearing account (Ukraine);
By cash in our office.

Our manager will send you payment details where to send a deposit or will send you the link with number of your reservation (for payment by credit card) by e-mail.

Reservation of apartment on weekend it means that payment must be in advance for whole period of renting.

In case, if date of checking in or checking out will be changed we will cancel reservation without any compensation.

In case, of surrender of reservation or changing date of reservation deposit will not be returned.

Dates of reservation cannot be transferred.

At the date of checking in you have to pay for whole period of renting except amount that you paid as a deposit (without discussion )

Reservation will be activated only after receiving a deposit.

An apartment will be convey for renting from 13:00 (earlier, only with payment for last night)

You must check out before 12:00 of last day (later, only with payment for full day or half of day – administrator will decide).

Without deposit your reservation will not be activated, so please, carefully send information about deposit.
In case, if deposit has not been received you will be located to the apartment that will be free for that moment.

The apartment will be booked till 20:00 of first day if nothing has been discussed with company.

In case if client will cancel reservation or will change the date of arriving, the deposit will not be returned.

If you are going to check out earlier, an amount of deposit will not be returned.

In case you don't like an apartment we will give you the choice of another apartments on the next day.

In case of contingency an apartment will be changed for another apartment of the same quality and price.

We guarantee 100% of checking in at reserved apartment, except of contingency.

Our website is officially registered as Internet shop with rights of accept payment in Internet. We are working from 1992 year in hotel service sphere in Kiev.

After payment you will receive the receipt about payment for renting an apartment, what is fully confirmed document for our accounter.

The rules for booking an apartment:

We are renting apartments for living.

If you want to rent an apartment for other ambition (office meeting, birthday, making video and so on) you should let us know about that. In this case it possible to rise the price.

If you come with animals you must let us know. In this case it possible to rise the price and cancel the reservation without returning the deposit.

If you have booked transfer from airport or train station our driver will meet you with sign "RENTKIEV", at exit from terminal at airport or near carriage on train station. To carry your baggage it is not duty of our driver, so if you ask him to help you, please pay him.

Our driver will drive you to an apartment or to our office, where you can pay for whole period of renting and our manager will fill in all necessary documents and will give you the key from an apartment.

If you want to book transfer from airport or from train station you must pay for it in advance.

If you don't book transfer so we will wait a phone call from you from airport or from train station at least 40 minutes before checking in to apartment. Our manager will go to your apartment to wait for you, so he needs time as well to reach an apartment.

At the moment of checking in you will sign an agreement about daily renting and will pay full amount for staying and insurance deposit for $50 which will be returned to you at the day of checking out. You will get the information list with your address, phone number and the key from apartment.

We accept payment in Ukrainian grivnja. If you have no cash, you can use your credit cards at any cash machine or if you have travel checks you can exchange it at any bank.

At the day of checking out our manager will come to your apartment to pick up the key and to check out an apartment for sanity of technique and furniture.

The price for apartment on our website you can see in USA Dollars. One day counts from 13:00 till 12:00 of next day. The price is for an apartment, not for amount of people who are going to live there.

The amount for apartment includes: Bedding and towels, utensils, electricity, hot and cold water, phone (only in city), Cleaning of the apartment is made in every 3 days (or is more often, if necessary) with replacement of bedding and towels.

The amount for apartment not include: international calls and calls between cities, Internet, (to call to another city you can use phone card,). Extra service: extra cleaning of apartment, washing, cooking and so on.
