What guarantee do I have that after booking I will get the apartment I booked? - 100% guarantee booking with paid deposit for the first day and 90% with preliminary agreement. You are booking an apartment for daily rent in a legal company which has been in the daily rent field since 1992. We respect your opinion and appreciate your feedback. How can I book an apartment for daily rent? - to book a certain apartment you need to choose one (number on our web site), send us a request, get an confirmation from us the apartment is available and details for money transfer, pay deposit for the first day. From that moment an apartment you paid for is booked for you. Do accept booking for 1 or 2 days? - Our automatic booking system confirms bookings only from 3 days. If you need apartment for period less than 3 days you can still send us a request for booking and we'll have it in our data base but we can not give you 100% guarantee that it will be available but we can give you guarantee that we'll give you another apartment for the same price. Sometimes we have gaps in bookings so we give even more expensive apartments with big discounts so our guests can stick to their budget. How do I check in? - If you are using our transfer service the driver will take you to our office to sign the rent agreement or if your arrival is late the driver will have the keys from the apartment you have rented and will have the rent agreement. You will be able to pay for your rent to the driver. In some cases we can send a person to meet you at the apartment who will have the rent agreement. Can I pay with Visa or Master Card for the whole period? - No. You can use Visa or Master Card only for paying the deposit for the first day. The rest of payment you'll need to pay in cash in our office. What kind of car will I get as transfer? - Is it possible to get a minivan? – Person who meets you at the airport is a professional driver on 2006-2010 car with air conditioner. If you need a minivan please let our manager know so we can arrange one to your request. Are there any additional/hidden payments? - No. The price for the apartment is final. We deal with our own apartments so there are no any third parties. Is there Internet in the apartments? – Yes, in all our apartments there is Internet included in the apartment price. How do I call to other city/country from the apartment? – The phones in the apartments are for local calls only. What do I need to pay other than the rental value? – Look at the list of (what is included in rental payment) I need a bed for a kid –we don't have special beds for kids but we can arrange an extra convertible bed for a kid or an adult. Just let our manager know about your request. Do you have receive/invoice? – Yes. We give an receive/invoice after full payment. In cases of long term rent we have rent agreements for long terms. I arrive at 6 am, what should I do? – Check in time is 13:00 but if you need apartment from 6 am you will need to pay a day extra so we will not rent the apartment for one day before you arrive. But if the apartment is available our driver can take you there from the airport. If you arrive at 9 am you can leave your stuff in our office and come back before check in time. Are there any TV programs in English in the apartment? – yes, there are programs in eng,fra,ger,chi. Can I get a confirmation of renting for my embassy? We can send a scan of confirmation with our company's stamp. It does not guarantee that you will get visa but it usually enough for the embassy. Can you guarantee that my personal things will not be stolen/damaged in the apartment I rented? - we change door-locks every 2-3 months. In some of our apartments we have safes. Our cleaning ladies work in our company for years so we are confident in their professional attitude.
